How to do it
- Tell the buyer about recording. Say at the start that the call is recorded. Follow your company policy and local rules.
- Save the recording. Export the audio from your call tool. One file per call keeps the folder easy to search.

- Switch on labels and timestamps. You need both to tell rep from buyer and to point to the exact spot.
- Send the audio. Attach the file. For a very long demo, up to 2 GB, use the Upload button of the mini app.
